Thinking back one year ago and looking at how many more people I know now, all the friends I've made since coming here, remembering people back home whom I haven't seen in far too long. I find that the easiest way for me to measure time, seeing as how I don't generally have any since of memory or time myself. When I remember people, just faces, smiles, sometimes names, the way someone walks, I can project a since of temporal scale to everything that's happened. This past year's been huge. I've met a family here at SCAD, and I know how cheezy that sounds, but I have. These are people I will go through the rest of my life knowing, and that is huge.
But as of about 8:30pm tonight I am officially done with all school work for Spring quarter '09. Tomorrow I have to technically go in and sit through a bit of Speech, and I still have to pack for the trip back hoe Friday; but as far as my work goes I am done baby! Wooooo!
Maybe tomorrow I'll find some time to run by the lab and use the giant scanners there to get some work digitized so I can post it here, though don't nobody bet on nothin'. I wonder if I can get my printer brought home somehow?
